What happens to my information?

Your event application will be sent to the UNEP official side events committee for review. If shortlisted, your application will be presented to the UNEA Bureau for endorsement. Announcement of selected Official Side Events will be made on 15 October 2025 on the UNEA-7 website and by email. Your information will not be passed on to any other party without your prior consent.

This application form will close at 11:59 p.m. EAT on 15 July 2025
