	Resolutions, Decisions and Outcome Documents Omnibus Decision AMCEN 17/1: Taking Action on Environmental and Natural Resources Sustainability in Africa [Draft] The key outcomes of AMCEN 17 are: (i) an omnibus decision on all priority subject areas (ii) Durban declaration with an annex 1 of key policy messages. 2. All provisions in the decision should be actionable, measurable and implementable. The declaration should contain only high level political and strategic commitments. The annex to the declaration should contain other political messages at policy level on the priority subjects of this session. 3. The purpose is to focus on implementation as opposed to lengthy and unimplementable provisions as there are already enough decisions.
